2. Hosting and server log files

This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools and embeds no content from third-party servers. Fonts are loaded locally from our own server.
4. Contact forms and contact by email
If you contact us via the forms on this website (membership enquiry, press enquiry) or by email, we process the data you provide (name, where applicable company or editorial office, email address, where applicable phone number, content of the message) solely in order to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The form data is transmitted to us by email and not stored on the web server. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Your rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; in Thuringia: the Thuringian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
